For the recruitment of workers for Libya, we need to have following documents from your company such as:-
1.
In favor of Manispower Corporation, EMPLOYER has to provide Demand Letter and Power of Attorney mentioning the workers categories and required worker numbers duly attested by Bangladesh Embassy in Tripoli, Libya.
2.
We will get recruitment permission from the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment, Dhaka with the said Demand letter and POA.
3.
Employer / EMPLOYER may select and conduct interview in Dhaka as per the mobilization of workers by us as per categories required by you/EMPLOYER.
4.
Manispower will complete the medical check up formalities of the selected workers.
5.
Manispower will send the medically fit selected workers name list to EMPLOYER for NOC visa processing from Libyan immigration or Block visa for the selected workers from Libyan immigration.
6.
Libyan immigration will sent the NOC approved name list to Dhaka Libyan Embassy with mentioning Bangladeshi Recruiting Agency name. Your company /EMPLOYER will send same approved name list to our Agency for visa stamping.
7.
We will submit medically fit workers passports with your NOC approved list to Libyan Embassy at Dhaka for visa stamping.
8.
We will get immigration clearance from Bureau of Manpower and Training (BMET) with the above NOC./ visa stamped passports.
9.
Than we will arrange to dispatch workers to your Libya job site.
As per present these are the procedure for Libyan Embassy system for recruitment of workers to Libya.
Others terms and conditions for recruitment of workers as follows :-
A) Contract Period
:
2 year and renewable up to jobsite requirements.
B)
Working hours
:
The basic working hours are eight hours per day, 44 hours per
week. Hours worked in excess of above range, exclusive of
intervals for prayer and Transportation, rest and meals, are
considered overtime work and shall be paid at a rate of one and
half ( 150%) of the basic hourly rate.

As per local Labour Laws.

:
Provided by Employer
H)
Air ticket
:
One way air ticket Dhaka to Job site will be provided by the
Agent and After completion of contractual period
Return air ticket will be borne By the Employer.
I)
Leave
:
Employee shall be entitled for paid vacation of 15 days leave
in each year.
J) Weekly Benefit
:
With mutual consents, the Employer shall put the employee
into work n holiday at a rate of one and half ( 150%) of the
basic hourly rate.
K) Insurance
:
We will take out local compensation insurance in
Bangladesh for each Employee prior to dispatching to site.
Employer will also provide site insurance as per the local
Govt. Law.
L) Compensation for
injury and death/settlement
of disputes/ disposal and
transportation of dead body
of the workers.

All other terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the local labour laws.
